A mouthful of a recipe but a fairly simple concept. Potatoes and mushrooms are soaked in a lemony sauce then grilled until they’re crazy tender and juicy. Topped with fresh dill and feta, this is the potato salad of the future.

The great thing about twice baked potatoes is, precise measurements really aren’t necessary. Adding the ingredients really should be an organic process: just taste the mixture and add more of whatever you think it needs.

A yummy, loaded alternative to regular mashed potatoes. Serve with a juicy steak and make your guests (or family) very, very happy.

Crisp little green beans prepared in a skillet with delicious ingredients. Absolutely, positively delicious, and I ain’t lyin’.

The best coleslaw recipe I have ever made, and I am picky about coleslaw! It is creamy but has a wonderful tang to it. This goes beautifully with my Pulled Pork and Finger Lickin’ BBQ Chicken recipes (see my recipe box)! Serves 8 as a sandwich topper, about 4 as a side dish.

Smoky and spicy with just a flash of fresh lime creates a side dish perfect for any summer meal.
I know they don’t look it, but these teeny tiny, thinly-sliced fried onions are so pleasantly flavorful and crisp, and such an utterly perfect accompaniment for so many different main courses, they really need to be placed on some list of Best Side Dishes of All Time. They’re light, delicious, and go with so many things!

Made with canned green beans (don’t be hatin’—you can use fresh if you like), canned whole tomatoes, and a delightful base of sauteed bacon and diced onions, the dish is finished off with a healthy dose of cayenne pepper to elevate it to fabuloso. That’s Spanish, in case you didn’t know.

Are you looking for a new twist on your green beans? Ever wonder how the restaurants make theirs so good? My husband, the chef, taught me how they do it. And guess what? It’s SO easy. Not as easy as opening a can, dumping it into a bowl, and microwaving it, of course, but not as hard as you’d think either. Give them a try.
