Soy sauce, honey, lime and cilantro with a dash of red pepper flakes make this a super healthy and flavorful way to grill your salmon, and like it too!
Mix all and dump in gallon-sized Ziploc baggie. Marinate fish in baggie for no longer than 15 minutes (or else lime juice will cook the fish). Grill for 5 minutes per side. Serve with rice and your favorite green salad!
