Description

Mock “meat” seasoned with jerk seasoning and placed into taco shells.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Morning Star Grillers' Recipe Crumbles (1 Lb. Bag)
  • 2 teaspoons Eaton's Jerk Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 package Old El Paso Taco Shells (18 Pack)
  • ¼ Tablespoons Reduced Fat Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
  • 1 whole Tomato, Diced
  • ¼ Tablespoons Low Fat Sour Cream
  • Cooking Spray Or Oil, For Your Skillet

Preparation

Heat up a skillet with some cooking spray or oil (whichever you prefer) over medium heat and add the crumbles. Let them sit for about 2 minutes before breaking them up and spreading them evenly across the skillet. Add the jerk seasoning and move it around with the crumbles until fully combined.

Add the garlic powder, combine. Add the black pepper, combine. Add the salt, combine. Once all of the above has been incorporated into the “meat”, remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

Heat 3 taco shells at a time in the microwave for 45 seconds.

Proceed to set up the shells on a plate (or plates). Scoop in the “meat” mixture and top with tomato, shredded cheese and sour cream.
