Description

Quite simply the best kale ever.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Kale
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ teaspoons Sesame Seeds (optional)

Preparation

Wash and cut kale off the stems. Heat olive oil on medium heat and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add in kale and red pepper flakes. Toss it all together and cook kale until it wilts a bit, about 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and top with sesame seeds if you like. Enjoy!

This Kale was only OK. At least it’s simple. Other than that, it’s pretty bland and doesn’t help with the fact that kale has a bitter taste or extremely chewy texture.
