Description

Creamy, crunchy and spicy all come together in this veggie sandwich that you will fall in love with.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Roll, Split In Half Lengthwise
  • 2 Tablespoons Hummus (I Used Garlic)
  • 2 whole Slices Of Tomato
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 whole Large Slices Cucumber
  • 2 whole Slices Of Onion
  • 1 dash Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons Pappadew Peppers, Sliced Thinly
  • 1 whole Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Or 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese

Preparation

Assemble sandwich. Spread hummus on insides of each half of the roll. Add tomato, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add cucumber, onion, cilantro, pappadew peppers, and cheese.
