Description

Who says Mexican has to be fattening? Not these corn tortillas!

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Corn Tortillas
  • ½ Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 15 slices Pickled Jalapeños, Diced
  • ¼ cups Mexican Lite Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Lightly spray tortillas with cooking spray. Brush tortillas with lime juice. Top with a sprinkle of garlic powder, jalapenos and cheese.

Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes.

Additional toppings you could add: salsa, Greek yogurt, guacamole, refried beans, tomatoes, shrimp, chicken, oh the list goes on and on.

Serves 3, two tortillas each.
