Description

A sweet and tangy cranberry sauce that’s chock full of mangoes and sweetened with maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Fresh Cranberries, Washed
  • 1 whole Mango, Peeled, Seeded, Diced
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cups Apple Cider, Apple Juice Or Orange Juice

Preparation

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 10 – 12 minutes, until the cranberries pop and mangoes are soft. Remove from heat. Let the sauce cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
