A sweet and tangy cranberry sauce that’s chock full of mangoes and sweetened with maple syrup.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 10 – 12 minutes, until the cranberries pop and mangoes are soft. Remove from heat. Let the sauce cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
