Description

You’ve heard the saying “Men don’t eat quiche.” My fireman husband loves this pie! Plus, my kids are vegetarians and they will eat this too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sliced Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 package 9 In. Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ cups Milk

Preparation

Saute onions in butter until soft. Spread over crust. Top with cheese.

Mix eggs, flour, mustard, soup, and milk until combined. Pour over onions and cheese.

Bake 45-60 minutes or until set in a 350 degree oven. Allow to stand at least 10 minutes before serving.

Also good with cooked broccoli, spinach, crab, etc.
