Description

Vegan Sushi with Avocado, Bell Pepper and Cucumber.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Short Grain Rice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 8 slices Nori Dried Sweet Seaweed Sheet
  • 1 whole Avocado, Sliced
  • ½ whole Cucumber, Sliced
  • 1 whole Small Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 4 teaspoons Wasabi, To Serve
  • 8 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, To Serve

Preparation

Boil rice in the water until soft, about 30 minutes.

Use a bamboo mat and put the seaweed on it. Add 1/2 cup cooked rice and the vegetables and avocado. Roll. The bamboo mat makes it easy to create a nice sushi roll.

Slice the sushi roll into pieces and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
