Description

This recipe is a healthy twist on a delicious classic!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oat Flour (blend Oats In A Blender)
  • ½ cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (any Kind Of Nut Butter)
  • ½ cups Mashed Banana (about 1 Whole Banana)
  • ⅓ cups Agave Nectar (or Honey)

Preparation

Combine blended oats and wheat flour. Combine the wet ingredients and stir together with the oats and flour until a thick dough forms. Drop dough by the spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Introduce the dough to the back of a fork to get the classic peanut butter cookie look. Bake in a 350ºF preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack.

WONDERFUL sugar free recipe! I used rice flour instead of whole wheat to make these gluten free and they were a VERY yummy treat. I also opted to use honey and it was great. Thanks!
