Description

Use your next five minutes to make this Blueberry Chia Jam. Blueberries, chia seeds and honey/maple syrup are all you need to make this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blueberries, Fresh Or Thawed From Frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey Or Maple Syrup, Or To Taste
  • ¼ cups Water, Or Just Enough To Facilitate Blending

Preparation

Add all ingredients to blender with enough water to allow it to blend, and blend.

Pour jam into a glass jar or similar container. Store in fridge. It should last around 4–5 days.
