A mix of variety of squashes makes a wholesome meal for babies 6 months and above.
In a pot, add water along with squashes, sweet potatoes and Italian seasoning. Cook till everything gets tender.
Once done, smash or run through a food processor. Serve.
Notes:
I used frozen squash in this recipe. You can use fresh squash, too.
For babies who are ready to have dairy, you can add a bit of unsalted butter.
This recipe can be prepared by steaming, baking or broiling squash and sweet potatoes.
