Description

Peanut butter and chocolate granola bites loaded with protein and whole grains!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick (not Instant) Oats
  • ⅛ cups Oat Bran
  • ⅛ cups Ground Flaxseed
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cups No-stir Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups Honey, More If You Prefer Them Sweeter
  • 2 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together oats, oat bran, flaxseed, and salt. Add in vanilla, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. Stir until well-combined.
2. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes to allow dough to stiffen. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Eat up!
3. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
