Making your own V-8 vegetable juice is easy and offers a healthier, low-cost alternative to the sodium-laden store-bought counterpart.
Using a juicer or high-powered blender, add all of the ingredients (except for the basil). Put the lid on and blend well. Stir, chill and serve. Great over ice as well! Garnish with basil leaves.
Yields about 32 ounces of juice.
