Description

Ready in 5 minutes, so easy and packed with protein! Perfect for portable, healthy, gluten-free breakfasts or snacks!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Pecans, Finely Chopped
  • ½ cups D's Naturals Vanilla Maple Infused Almond FluffButter
  • ½ cups Quick-cooking Oats (not Old Fashioned!)
  • 6 Tablespoons Dried Cranberries, Finely Chopped
  • Pinch Of Salt

Preparation

Optional, but recommended: Preheat oven to 400ºF and place the pecans on a small baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown and toasted, watching closely to make sure they don’t burn.

In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients, adding the pecans at the end. Stir until well combined the mixture comes together into a dough.

Roll into balls and devour!
