Description

Four words: low carb healthy breakfast. This is an easy-to-prepare healthy breakfast option for those busy mornings when you’re trying to get yourself fed and out the door. It’s great for meal prep and easy to customize!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ground Flaxseeds
  • 2 cups Alternative Milk Of Choice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey Or Other Sweetener

Preparation

Combine ground flaxseeds and milk in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and sweetener of choice (optional).

Wait 4-6 hours or overnight for this to set to a pudding-like consistency.
