Description

The best way to eat raw kale!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey Or Agave
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 cups Fresh Kale
  • ½ cups Sliced Strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Crushed Almonds

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the raw honey or agave, oil and lemon juice. Whisk to combine well.

Put the kale into a medium sized bowl. Pour the dressing over the kale leaves and massage the dressing into the leaves. Do this for at least 2 minutes or until you feel the kale soften. Pour the salad into a serving bowl and mix with the strawberries. Sprinkle crushed almonds over the salad and serve.
