This dairy-free and no-bake Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bark puts a whole new twist to breakfast. Prep the night before for a quick and healthy meal!
Line a small baking sheet or cast iron skillet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, yogurt and honey. Pour mixture into blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into baking sheet or cast iron skillet. Make sure mixture is 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Top with sliced strawberries and cacao nibs. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
