Roasted green beans, garlic, bacon, caramelized onions and mushrooms make a perfect dairy-free stand in for green bean casserole this Thanksgiving!
Preheat oven to 425 F. Put green beans, bacon, onions, garlic and mushrooms in a large bowl. Combine olive oil, nutmeg, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in another bowl. Add it into the bowl with the veggies and toss to combine. Put them onto a large baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 15-20 minutes until onions are caramelized and green beans are soft (but not mushy) and not longer crisp.
