No-bake, no-cook, no-hassle granola bars! Still refined sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free and taste just amazing!
Drain the soaked dates. Chop the soft dates until they become a rough paste. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into a parchment lined 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish. Place in the refrigerator or freezer to set for 30 minutes. Cut into slices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
Note: Nutritional yeast is a healthy supplement that has a nice nutty flavor and tastes fantastic in these bars!
