Yummy cookies for those with allergies to milk and/or eggs.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream together sugar, oil, maple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin puree.
Add and beat in flour mix Add chocolate chips. Drop onto baking sheet and bake 10 minutes.
These cookies are very moist and cake-like. Yum!
