Description

Yummy cookies for those with allergies to milk and/or eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Flour Of Choice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2-½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • _____
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Canola Oil
  • ¼ cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cups Enjoy Life Brand Mini Chocolate Chips (allergy Free)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°.

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl.

In a separate bowl, cream together sugar, oil, maple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin puree.

Add and beat in flour mix Add chocolate chips. Drop onto baking sheet and bake 10 minutes.

These cookies are very moist and cake-like. Yum!

Great cookies, I used honey instead of maple syrup because that is what I had on hand
