I love this recipe because it’s super easy to make and requires no special ingredients. It’s perfect on top of an iced coffee or with your favorite summertime recipe.
Note: This recipe contains raw eggs.
1. Beat egg whites and vanilla in a mixing bowl on high.
2. When the egg whites start to turn foamy, add the cream of tartar.
3. Beat until soft peaks start forming and add your sugar.
4. Continue beating until hard peaks form. Enjoy!
