Quick and easy Paleo Chocolate Chia Pudding. Dairy-free and nut-free with only 6 ingredients.
Note this requires overnight refrigeration, so plan ahead.
Combine blended coconut milk, water and chia seeds in a 1-quart mason jar, put the lid on and shake well. Add cacao powder, stevia and salt, put the lid on and shake well. Refrigerate overnight to let chia seeds soften and absorb liquid. Serve.
