Description

A creamy, rich pudding that will make you forget it’s sugar-free! This is a healthy pudding for all those chocolate lovers out there!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Bananas
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2 whole Large Pitted Dates (or Substitute 1–2 Tablespoons Liquid Sweetener Of Choice)
  • ½ cups All Natural Peanut Butter (or Nut Butter Of Choice If Peanut Sensitive)
  • 1 cup Non-dairy Milk (I Used Almond Milk)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Add more milk for a creamier pudding, less for a thicker pudding.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
