Delicious and sneakily healthy! A great snack after a workout, they are packed with potassium, antioxidants, and omega 3s!
Place 1 cup chopped walnuts in a small bowl. Set aside.
Add dates, banana, cacao powder, water, agave nectar, and salt to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
Remove the food processor blade. Stir remaining ¼ cup chopped walnuts into the banana/date mixture.
Scoop a scant tablespoon of the mixture into the bowl of walnuts. Cover the scooped portion completely with walnuts; shape into a ball. Repeat.
Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for 5–7 days.
