A great easy and healthy appetizer!
Preheat oven or convection oven to 450 F. Convection works great with this recipe!
1. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
2. Place dried chickpeas on parchment paper.
3. Bake at 450 F. In a regular oven it will take about 35 minutes or in a convection oven it will take about 25 minutes. Bake until crispy.
4. While chickpeas are baking melt your butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted add wing sauce. Warm on low.
5. When chickpeas have finished cooking (they need to be crispy), place them in a bowl and pour wing/butter sauce on them. Toss to coat.
6. Serve immediately!
