Description

A pizza experience that you will never forget!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Medium Spelt Or Whole Wheat Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup Bull’s Eye Hickory BBQ Sauce (or Your Favorite BBQ Sauce)
  • 1-½ cup Spinach
  • 8 whole White Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Tidbits
  • 1 whole Small Red Onion, Diced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Spread 1/2 cup of the BBQ sauce evenly across each pizza crust. Top with spinach, sliced mushrooms, pineapple and diced red onion. Place in the oven to bake 12-15 minutes, until crust is browned and toppings are cooked. Makes 2 medium pizzas.

This was so good! Even my husband (a dedicated omnivore) loved – he didn’t even miss the cheese. The mix of flavors was delightful and it was so quick and easy to throw together.
