Description

Soup that actually tastes like a cheeseburger! AMAZING

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup White Onion, Diced
  • 1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cups Light Sour Cream
  • 16 ounces, fluid Beef Broth
  • 4 ounces, weight 2% Milk Velveeta Cheese
  • ½ cups Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, Diced
  • 6 slices Bacon, Cooked And Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

In a stock pot add a little olive oil to the pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Add meat and cook until browned.

Now add flour, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire, and sour cream; stir until everything is coated. Stir in broth, cheese and mushrooms. Mix until the cheese has melted and mushrooms softened.

Add soup to bowl and top with tomatoes and one strip of bacon for each bowl.
