Your favorite mashed potatoes got a dairy-free makeover! Perfect for family members who are sensitive or allergic to dairy.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into chunks.
Add potatoes to the boiling water. Once potatoes can be pierced with a fork, drain but, using the same pot, add stock amd milk, mashing and combining as you go. Add seasonings and more sea salt, if desired.
Transfer mashed potatoes to a bowl and garnish or mix in the chives/scallions if using.
