Tomato egg salad with Parmesan cheese and sour cream.
Cut the tomatoes into rounds, then cut every round in quarters. Cut the eggs in a similar fashion. Put the eggs in the center of a medium-sized salad bowl. Put a layer of the tomato slices around the edge of the bowl. Put the rest of the tomatoes in the middle and mix with the eggs. Top with sour cream, cheese and herbs. Mix the salad right before serving.
