A tasty (and much fancier) way to use a college staple: ramen!
1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add noodles and toast, shaking the pan occasionally. Remove from heat when golden brown. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper together. Add in the mixed salad greens, strawberries, and toasted ramen. Toss to coat. Place in a serving dish and top with goat cheese.
