Strawberry Avocado Salad

Description
The almost-guacamole turned berry salad.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Avocado, Pitted And Cubed
- ½ whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 whole Tomato
- 4 whole Large Strawberries, Hulled And Cubed
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Finely Chopped
- ½ cups Chopped Coriander, Or Less To Taste
- ½ cloves Garlic, Finely Grated
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, Each, To Taste
Preparation
Stir avocado cubes with lemon juice in a large salad bowl to prevent discoloration.
Prepare tomato by halving and discarding wet centre. Dice the tomato flesh and place in the bowl.
Toss everything else into the bowl and stir well. Taste for seasoning and serve!
