Quick and easy. We use it on shrimp, crab, salads, even tater tots. We’re crazy in Texas that way .
Whisk together mayonaise, ketchup and mustard.
Stir in celery, parsley and scallion.
Season with black pepper to taste .
Serve immediately.
Makes approximately 1 1/4 cups.
I use this on salads with chopped hard boiled eggs on top and sunflower seeds. This is a staple in the fridge and you’ll be amazed how much you will use it .
