Raspberry Jello Salad

Description
Even if you are not normally a fan of jello salads, make an exception for this particular jello salad. It is special.
Ingredients
- 1 box (6 Oz. Size) Raspberry Jello
- 2 cups Boiling Water
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Raspberries
- 2 cups Applesauce
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 5 ounces, weight Mini Marshmallows
Preparation
In a large bowl, carefully combine the raspberry jello and boiling water. Stir gently to dissolve. Add the frozen raspberries and applesauce, stir to combine. Pour into a large serving bowl. Allow to set for a couple of hours.
Mix the sour cream and marshmallows in a bowl and spread evenly across the jello. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
