Chicken salad at its best.
After boiling the chicken until cooked through (if defrosted, this will take 15-20 minutes; if not defrosted, add 5-10 minutes), remove chicken from the water and allow to cool. Then shred it.
Place chicken into a medium sized bowl. Add in the mayo, grapes, apples, celery, walnuts and relish if you choose to do so. I used a tiny bit. Toss to coat. Season with pepper, and continue to toss until completely mixed. Serve on desired bread.
