A good friend of mine’s grandmother doesn’t believe a meal is complete without a Jello salad. This is one of the many I have been served over the years at her house. Make this the night before so it sets up completely.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in Jello and pudding mixes. Return to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and cool completely. (Cool on the counter, not in the fridge. You do not want the mixture to set before you can add the remaining ingredients).
Once the mixture has cooled, fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped topping. Spoon into your serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
