This mayo-free egg salad also happens to be paleo and ready to go in under 30 minutes!
Combine chopped eggs, red onion, green onion, and celery in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, sea salt, garlic salt, and onion salt. Pour olive oil mixture over egg mixture and stir evenly.
Fill tomatoes with egg salad and garnish with pepper. Serve immediately.
