Use on mixed greens, or as a glaze for roasted potatoes, roasted veggies, beef, chicken or pork!
In a blender or food processor (I use a food processor), add vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, and pulse several times. Run on low and drizzle in oil gradually to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
I just used this on baked chicken breasts, and it was so flavorful and added a nice crisp glaze on top! Enjoy!
