Light egg salad, simple and healthy dish for busy people.
Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces and put them in a salad bowl. Slice the eggs into rounds and lay them over the lettuce.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Pour the sour cream sauce over the eggs and top the egg salad with the dill.
Serve. Mix all the ingredients right before eating.
