Add this to any fresh salad and I just bet you will be smiling!
In a small saucepan add strawberry jelly on low heat, stir as it melts. Then add lemon zest and juice and stir together. Add olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and allspice and cook for 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
Allow to completely cool and add to an airtight container. Will keep in refrigerator for up to one month.
Enjoy on any salad—oh and I see you smiling!
