Description

Great dressing for a summer salad with all your favorites!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Lemon (for Zest And Juice)
  • ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 whole Finely Diced Shallot
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ cups Almond Nut Pieces, Chopped Finely

Preparation

In a bowl add lemon zest and lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, finely diced shallot, red pepper flakes, basil, black pepper, salt, and almond pieces. Whisk together for a few minutes.

Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for several hours before using on your green salad!
