Goodbye store-bought and hello easy and homemade Catalina Dressing.
Throw the roughly chopped onion into the bowl of your food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Next add in everything, stopping at the olive oil.
Turn the food processor on to blend and then slowly drizzle in the extra light olive oil. Once blended, pour the dressing into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Can keep for 1 to 2 weeks. Makes 2 cups.

Oh…try this as a bbq sauce…I just marinate and then keep brushing it on near the end of cooking…soo very good

Yum! This sounds delicious. Catalina has always been one of my favorite dressings for a taco salad. I’m not a fan of bottled salad dressing and so usually make my own, so I’m excited to try a new kind. Thanks!
