This creamy yummy dressing tastes like bleu cheese but is made with gorgonzola cheese instead!
In a large bowl, stir sour cream, mayo and garlic until well combined. Add gorgonzola cheese crumbles, salt and black pepper. Start with 1 teaspoon of black pepper and add more to taste, but definitely don’t be shy with it! Chill for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to combine.
This will be thick like a dip. Slowly add buttermilk to desired consistency to make into a dressing.

This was FABO – I made it for our family dinner this past Christmas and they all swooned!! The Gorgonzola made it a much more “mild” tasting so it was well received by all.
Thanks so much for sharing – this is one recipe I’ll be reusing over and over and over.
