Serve this dressing with my Cilantro Lime Shrimp over a crisp salad, and have yourself a great summer dish!
Place ranch mix, mayo and milk in a blender. Juice the lime in there too, you should get about 2 tablespoons of juice. Toss in the garlic, cilantro and green salsa. Blend to your heart’s content. Sample it and add hot sauce to taste.
Make it several hours ahead of time to allow it thicken, if you wish. If you have no patience, like me, serve it right away and enjoy the fact that it’s not very thick.
And if you REALLY have no patience (like me), don’t even bother with the blender and tell your family that yes, there are indeed supposed to be whole cilantro leaves in your salad dressing.
