This low-cal version of my favorite Thanksgiving side dish is sure to please. With cranberries, apples, oranges, and walnuts, it is perfect for the season.
Wash and grind the cranberries, apple, peeled orange and 1/2 of the orange rind in a food processor. I recommend that you do each fruit separately, pulsing until each is nicely ground. Then put each into a large serving bowl. Mix the ground fruit with Splenda and let stand for a half hour.
Stir Jell-O together with the hot water to dissolve it. Mix fruit, nuts, and Jell-O to combine; pour into a 9×13″ baking dish and refrigerate until firm.
