A tangy low-fat and low-calorie salad dressing made with champagne vinegar, avocado oil and agave. This is fabulous on salads, veggies, even as a marinade for chicken and other meat dishes. Once prepared, this will keep in the fridge for about a week!
Combine all ingedients except the avocado oil into a blender. Blend for a few seconds. Slowly add the avocado oil into the blender to emulsify the salad dressings. Should take about 5 seconds. Serve over salads, quinoa, rice, veggies. Dressing will keep covered in the fridge for about 1 week.
