Goes great with any salad or noodle dish that you want to instantly give an Asian flair to! We love to use this dressing on salad when we have dim sum for lunch or dinner! It also makes a lovely dip for dim sum!
Juice the half lime; it should come to approximately 1 tablespoon of juice.
Add all the ingredients to a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until the brown sugar is dissolved.
Store in the fridge. It keeps up to a week!

This is great! I also used EVOO. I added 1/2 T extra of brown sugar, because I like things sweeter. All in all, great dressing.

This was fantastic! I prepared it exactly according to directions and there’s no need to adjust it. The vegetable oil I used was EVOO. This will become one of our standard recipes, no doubt!
