This is an easy, throw-together casserole that even your kids will eat. It has veggies and cheese goodness in it.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large casserole dish, combine the soup (no water or milk added), mayo, and cheese. Once these ingredients are combined, add the veggies. (You can add more cheese if you like—I do). Once the mixture is combined well, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven).
Tip: if you want to make this a heartier meal, you can add already cooked rice and/or chicken to it.
