Let your crockpot do the heavy lifting. This easy and satisfying chicken and rice recipe uses common pantry items too!
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add to crock-pot and drizzle with olive oil and add butter. Add soup and water (add as much water as is directed on the soup can). Cover crock-pot and turn to high and allow to cook until done, (according to crock-pot instructions) about 4-5 hours.
Place the chicken in a large bowl and shred. Add the cooked rice, the warmed up peas and the remaining soup mix from your crock-pot and mix well. Devour!!
